What does ‘A little less than perfect’ mean?
Items with ‘A little less than perfect’ sticker are items that are useable but may have imperfections such as prints that have slight faults or are slightly sun damaged. All items will have photographs of defects, please do take a close look at these photographs before making a purchase to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Unfortunately items with this label are non-refundable so please do make sure you are happy with the item before making a purchase.
Are the colours of products as shown on the website?
We try our best to take photographs that show the true colour of a product, however due to lighting and variations in computer screens and mobile phone screens, colours may vary slightly. If your product arrives and it is not as expected please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to help you.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
How long will it take to get my items?
We aim to send items as soon as possible and within 14 working days. If there are any problems with your item not arriving when expected please contact us as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us urgently if you wish to cancel an order, after 24 hours we will be unable to cancel any orders you have made and you will then need to follow our returns policy. We have the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer available or an error has occurred, we will send you an email notification and refund you in full.
How will I know my order has been received?
You will receive and email confirmation after you have placed your order, if you haven’t received an email please check your spam/junk mail box. If there are any problems, please contact us.
How do I send items back?
To make a return please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days, please return your items in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of postage unless the item is faulty.

Our bespoke range of one-of-a-kind cushions and homewares to treasure! Lovingly made in the UK, the F&J Collection embodies our signature style and brand values – beautiful pieces, made to last. All of our pieces are made using fabric remnants from designers we love, meaning we can extend our ethos of ‘making designer homeware accessible to all’ by bringing them to you at fantastic prices, too.
