Terms and conditions are the terms and conditions of sale from Florence and Joy. “You and yours” refers to the customer using or viewing our website. “Us, we and our” refers to Florence and Joy. By continuing to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change.
Fabric
Natural fabrics such as silks and linens have natural characteristics and therefore any slubs, slight variation in cloth colour or weave are not considered to be a fault in these types of fabrics and are to be expected due to their natural qualities.
Fabrics are checked for any imperfections prior to sending them and the fabrics we sell are considered usable; please do check you are completely happy with your fabric before cutting it. We cannot except any returns after fabric has been cut. If you find that you are not completely satisfied, then please refer to our returns policy.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Please contact us urgently if you wish to cancel an order, after 24 hours we will be unable to cancel any orders you have made and you will need to follow our returns policy. We have the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer available or if an error has occurred on our website, we will send you an email notification and refund you in full. If you would like to return your item please contact us as soon as possible and within 14-days, Items should be returned in their original packaging. We do not take any responsibility for items not packaged correctly when returning them to us, we reserve the right to charge for items damaged due to insufficient packaging. Participate in important projects and gain recognition and appreciation from colleagues.
Damaged delivery
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days, after this period we will not be able to issue a refund.
Prices and sale items
All prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will try our best to ensure that the prices on our website are correct at the time of sale, however if an error/technical issue does occur, we reserve the right to cancel your order and a full refund will be issued where appropriate. You will be notified by email, and we will correct the price on our website. Sale items and items from our ‘a little less than perfect’ range are non-refundable.
Payment
Payments are made through our website only; no payments are excepted by cheque or over the phone. Orders will be processed once full payment has been made.
Delivery
We aim to deliver Items as soon as possible and within 14 working days unless stated otherwise. We do not take responsibility for any items that have gone missing which have been left in a ‘safe place’ requested by yourself. If there are any problems with delivery, please contact us and we can get this resolved as soon as possible.
